Section 8-801.1 - Legislative intent(a) The General Assembly declares that it is in the public interest for ground rents to be redeemed.(b) It is the intent of the General Assembly that the Department use its ground rent redemption program to assist in the redemption of ground rents.Added by 2023 Md.
