Section 7-308 - Foreclosure consultant license(a)(1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.(2) "License" has the meaning stated in § 17-101(g) of the Business Occupations and Professions Article.(3) "Provide real estate brokerage services" has the meaning stated in § 17-101(l) of the Business Occupations and Professions Article.(b) A foreclosure consultant who provides real estate brokerage services shall be licensed as required under Title 17 of the Business Occupations and Professions Article.(c) A foreclosure consultant shall present a copy of the license to a homeowner no later than the time a foreclosure consulting contract is executed.
