Section 14-906 - Submission for recording of service agreement in violation of subtitle(a) A service provider may not submit a service agreement that is in violation of § 14-903 of this subtitle to the clerk of a circuit court or a State or local agency for recording.(b) A service provider who violates subsection (a) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.Added by 2023 Md.
