Section 21-401 - "Urban renewal authority" defined
In this subtitle, "urban renewal authority":
(1) means a unit of government that is engaged in urban renewal activity; and(2) includes: (i) the State;(ii) Montgomery County;(iii) Prince George's County; and(iv) any unit of government in Montgomery County or Prince George's County.
