Section 19-106 - Oaths and subpoenas(a) The Board and its counsel each may: (1) administer oaths; and(2) issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence.(b) A subpoena issued under this section may be enforced judicially.Amended by 2018 Md.
