Section 7-308 - Natural gas vehicles(a) In this section, "natural gas vehicle" means a vehicle operated on a public road and powered by natural gas.(b) The sale by any person of natural gas that is received from a public service company for use as a motor fuel in a natural gas vehicle is not subject to regulation by the Commission.(c) A person that sells natural gas received from a public service company for use as a motor fuel in a natural gas vehicle is not considered a public service company for purposes of this article.
