Section 2-105 - Executive Director(a) The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director.(b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Commission.(c) The Executive Director shall: (1) direct and coordinate the technical staff, except public utility law judges, of the Commission; and(2) perform the other duties that the Commission prescribes.Amended by 2015 Md.
