(a) The Authority may: (1) adopt bylaws for the conduct of its business;(3) maintain an office at a place it designates;(4) maintain facilities for the purpose of holding hearings under this subtitle;(6) accept a grant, a loan, or any other assistance in any form from any public or private source, subject to the provisions of this subtitle;(7) enter into contracts and execute the instruments necessary or convenient to carry out this subtitle to accomplish its purposes; and(8) do all things necessary or convenient to carry out the powers expressly granted by this subtitle.(b) The Authority shall adopt a code of conduct for its members.
