Section 8-301 - Contribution of money to volunteer fire companies - In general(a) This section does not apply to Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Cecil County, Howard County, Prince George's County, Queen Anne's County, and Worcester County.(b) The county commissioners of each county have the express power to contribute money to a volunteer fire company in the county.
