Section 13A-1104 - Complaints of wrongs(a) A member of the State military forces who believes the member to have been wronged by a commanding officer, and who, on due application to that commanding officer, is refused redress, may complain to a superior commissioned officer, who shall forward the complaint to the officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction over the officer against whom it is made.(b) The officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction shall:(1) examine into the complaint and take proper measures for redressing the wrong complained of; and(2) as soon as possible, send to the Adjutant General a true statement of that complaint, with the proceedings had thereon.Amended by 2023 Md.
