Section 13A-1038 - Improper hazarding of vessel(a) A person subject to this title who, willfully and wrongfully, hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel or aircraft of the armed forces shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.(b) A person subject to this title who negligently hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel or aircraft of the armed forces shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Added by 2020 Md.
