Section 13-409 - 9-11 Service bar(a) Any individual who is ordered into active duty for the National Guard in response to the foreign terrorist attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001, shall receive a service bar in recognition of this service.(b) The service bar shall depict the State flag and "9-11".
