Section 13-201 - Application of title; amendment or repeal of title(a) This title applies to all uniformed volunteer companies.(b) A provision of this title may not be repealed or amended by any statute passed by the General Assembly unless the statute explicitly: (1) refers to this title as the militia law, or by its other titles, as part of the general laws of the State; and(2) repeals or amends the referenced provision.
