Section 12-912 - Duties of owners or usersThe owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel shall:
(1) ensure that the boiler or pressure vessel is operated, inspected, and repaired in accordance with this subtitle and regulations adopted under this subtitle;(2) maintain a copy of inspection, maintenance, and repair records at a central location in accordance with regulations adopted under this subtitle; and(3) make inspection, maintenance, and repair records available to the inspector required to inspect the boiler or pressure vessel.
