Section 12-604 - Administration and enforcement(a) The State Fire Marshal shall administer and enforce this subtitle.(b) The State Fire Marshal may: (1) adopt regulations necessary to carry out this subtitle; and(2) use any member of the Office of the State Fire Marshal, as necessary, to carry out and enforce this subtitle.
