Section 12-1002 - Effect of subtitle(a) This subtitle is effective notwithstanding any other provisions of law.(b) This subtitle does not supersede the planning, zoning, or subdivision authority of local jurisdictions, the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, or the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
