Section 25-401 - Local laws authorizedThe county, by local law, may provide for:
(1) the revitalization and redevelopment activities of the Commission in the county, including: (i) the organization or management of any revitalization or redevelopment activities of the Commission; and(ii) consolidation of Commission activities with the redevelopment authority of the county; and(2) the management and marketing of enterprise operations by the Commission in the county, including consolidation of Commission activities with the revenue authority of the county.
