Section 18-113 - ContentsThe capital improvements program shall:
(1) include a statement of the objectives of the capital programs and the relationship of the programs to the county's adopted long range development plans;(2) recommend capital projects and a construction schedule;(3) provide an estimate of cost and a statement of all funding sources; and(4) include all programmed parkland acquisition, all major park improvement and development, and major acquisition of equipment.
