Section 17-202 - Police powers of State, counties, and municipal corporations(a) This division does not limit the police power of the State, either county, or any municipal corporation where any park, road, or public space is located.(b) The concurrent police power of a municipal corporation extends only to areas located within its boundaries for purposes of this division.
