Section 15-403 - Selection and appointment of accountant and Inspector General
The Audit Committee shall select and appoint:
(1) the independent certified public accountant required to audit the Commission's annual financial report under § 15-115(a)(2) of this title; and(2) the Inspector General as provided in Subtitle 5 of this title.
