Section 1-403 - [Effective 10/1/2024] Regulations for dedication or payment of fee for real property for recreation in Southern Maryland class(a) This section applies in code counties only in the Southern Maryland class, as established in § 9-302 of the Local Government Article.(b) A county may provide in the county's subdivision regulations for:(1) the dedication of real property for recreation; or(2) in lieu of dedication, the payment of a fee to be used by the county for the purchase, development, and improvement of real property for recreational facilities.Added by 2024 Md.
