Section 9-1101 - Deduction from wage(a) An employer may not deduct any part of the premium that the employer pays for workers' compensation insurance from the salary or wages of a covered employee.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $200.
