Section 8-420 - Administration(a) The Secretary shall administer the Special Administrative Expense Fund.(b)(1) The State Treasurer shall keep the Special Administrative Expense Fund as a nonlapsing fund.(2) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, money in the Special Administrative Expense Fund may not be transferred to any other fund.
