Section 3-1310 - Violations by employee(a) An employee may not in bad faith: (1) file a complaint with the Commissioner alleging a violation of this subtitle;(2) bring an action under § 3-1308 of this subtitle; or(3) testify in an action under § 3-1308 of this subtitle.(b) An employee who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.Added by 2018 Md.
