Section 11-1604 - Regulations(a) The Department may adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle.(b) On or before January 1 each year, beginning in 2025, the Department shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates on Program activities and use of the Fund.Added by 2024 Md.
