Section 14-408 - Term and renewal of certificate of authority(a) A certificate of authority expires on the first June 30 after its effective date unless it is renewed as provided in this section.(b) The Commissioner shall renew the certificate of authority of a dental plan organization if the dental plan organization remains in compliance with this subtitle and pays to the Commissioner a renewal fee of $100.
