Section 5-5B-02 - State-funded Temporary Disability Assistance Program(a) There is a State-funded Temporary Disability Assistance Program in the Department.(b) The primary purpose of the Program is to provide assistance to low-income disabled adults who are ineligible for other categories of assistance.(c) The Program shall be:(1) in effect in each county; and(2) administered by the local departments in accordance with regulations that the Administration adopts.Added by 2018 Md.
