Section 9-304 - Application files(a) The Board shall keep a file of each licensing application made under this subtitle.(b) The file shall contain: (1) The name, address, and age of the applicant;(2) The name and address of the employer or business connection of the applicant;(3) The date of the application;(4) Complete and current information on the educational, training, and experience qualifications of the applicant;(5) The date the Board reviewed and acted on the application;(6) The action taken by the Board on the application;(7) The identifying numbers of any license certificate or renewal certificate issued to the applicant; and(8) Any other information that the Board considers necessary.(c) The application files shall be open to public inspection.
