Section 8-6C-24 - Violations; penalties(a) This section does not apply to a violation of § 8-6C-10(a) of this subtitle.(b) A person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or both.Added by 2015 Md.
