Section 8-6B-22 - Reinstatement of suspended or revoked licenses(a) If a license was suspended or revoked for a period of more than 1 year, or if a period of more than 1 year has passed since a license was surrendered, the Board may reinstate the license if the licensee: (1) Applies to the Board for reinstatement;(2) Meets the requirements for renewal under § 8-6B-14 of this subtitle;(3) Meets any other requirements for reinstatement as established by the Board; and(4) Submits to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 8-303 of this title.(b) If a licensee meets the requirements of subsection (a) of this section, the Board may: (1) Reinstate the license;(2) Reinstate the license subject to terms and conditions that the Board considers necessary, including a period of probation; or(3) Deny reinstatement of the license.Amended by 2014 Md.
