Section 4-603 - Practice limitations(a) Except as otherwise provided by law, a licensed dentist may not practice dentistry: (1) Under a name other than the name of the licensee;(2) As a business entity; or(3) Under the name of a business entity.(b) A licensed dentist may practice, under the name of the licensee, as an employee of a health maintenance organization that is certified by the State Insurance Commissioner.(c) A licensed dentist may practice, under the name of the licensee, as a member of a limited liability company.
