(a) The Board shall keep a file of each certificate application made under this subtitle.(b) The file shall contain: (1) The name, resident address, employment address, and age of the applicant;(2) The date of the application;(3) Complete and current information on the educational, training, and experience qualifications of the applicant;(4) The date the Board reviewed and acted on the application;(5) The action taken by the Board on the application;(6) The identifying numbers of any certificate or renewal certificate issued to the applicant; and(7) Any other information that the Board considers necessary.(c) The application files shall be open to public inspection.Amended by 2015 Md.
