Section 2-4A-22 - Practice without a license prohibited(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an individual may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice music therapy in the State unless licensed by the Board.(b) Each violation of this section is a separate offense.Added by 2021 Md.
