Section 2-4A-12 - Change in name or address(a) A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of a change in name or address within 60 days after the change occurs.(b) A licensee who fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section is subject to an administrative penalty of $100.(c) The Board shall pay any penalty collected under this section to the General Fund of the State.Added by 2021 Md.
