Section 2-4A-07 - Application
To apply for a license, an applicant shall:
(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires;(2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and(3) Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 2-303.1 of this title.
