Section 19-306 - Maintenance of roster of licensees on website; electronic license records(a) The Board shall maintain on its website a roster of all licensees who meet the requirements of this title.(b) The Board shall include on each electronic license record:(1) The category of license;(2) The full name of the licensee;(3) If the licensee is a licensed bachelor social worker or a licensed master social worker, whether the licensee is approved to engage in independent practice;(7) The original date of issuance; and(8) If applicable, disciplinary history.Amended by 2021 Md.
