Section 16-316 - Reinstatement of suspended or revoked license(a) The Board may reinstate the license of any individual whose license has been suspended or revoked under this title only in accordance with: (1) The terms and conditions of the order of suspension or revocation;(2) A final judgment in any proceeding for review; or(3) Subsection (b) of this section.(b) If the license was revoked under § 16-311(b) of this subtitle for practicing with a suspended license, it may be reinstated at the discretion of the Board.
