Section 14-5G-10 - Application
To apply for a license, an applicant shall:
(1) Complete a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14-308.1 of this title;(2) Submit an application to the Board on a form that the Board requires; and(3) Pay to the Board an application fee set by the Board.
