(a) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board or a disciplinary panel in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act, may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.(b) An order of the Board or a disciplinary panel may not be stayed pending review.(c) The Board may appeal from any decision that reverses or modifies an order of the Board or a disciplinary panel.Amended by 2014 Md.
