Section 14-313.1 - [Effective until 10/1/2030] Verification by compact physician regarding licensure(a) Within 30 days after receiving a request from the Board, a compact physician shall provide to the Board verification, on a form provided by the Board, that the compact physician satisfies the requirements for licensure under this subtitle.(b) Refusal by a compact physician to provide the verification requested under subsection (a) of this section may not be considered a basis for denial of a license under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact established under § 14-3A-01 of this title.Added by 2018 Md.
