Section 14-309 - Applications for licenses(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall:(1) Complete a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14-308.1 of this subtitle;(2) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and(3) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.(b) The Board may not release a list of applicants for licensure.Amended by 2020 Md.
