Section 14-203 - Chair and officers(a)(1) The Governor shall appoint the chair of the Board.(2) The term of office of the chair is 2 years.(b) From among its members, the Board shall elect any officers, other than the chair, that it considers necessary.(c) The Board shall determine:(1) The manner of election of officers;(2) The term of office of each officer; and(3) The duties of each officer.
