Section 12-303 - Applications for licenses(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall:(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and(2) Pay the application fees set by the Board.(b) An application shall be signed and verified by the applicant as to completion of the required professional experience program.
