Section 11-204 - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.(b) The Board shall meet: (1) At least twice a year, at the times and places that it determines; and(2) When requested by the Secretary.(c) In accordance with the budget of the Board, each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) Compensation, at a rate determined by the Board, for each day on which the member is engaged in the duties of the member's office; and(2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.(d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the budget of the Board.
