Section 7-1008 - Records - Required(a)(1) Each licensee shall keep complete records for each individual who is served by the licensee under this title.(2) The record shall contain all of the information that is required by this title or the Administration.(b) A licensee shall keep records in a secure area and available for the inspection by any person with the right of access to the records under this title.
