Section 5-801 - [Effective until 1/1/2033] Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Aggregate incident data" means information or statistics maintained by the Office of Health Care Quality on the reported incidents of Level III serious injuries at health care facilities.(c) "Committee" means the Mortality and Quality Review Committee.
