Section 24-101 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Distribute" includes:(c) "Exotic bird" means a bird that is not native to this State.(d) "Permit" means a permit issued by the Secretary to import, distribute, and breed exotic birds.
