Section 21-334 - Cleaning soft drink or bottled water containers(a) This section applies to any container that is used to pack, store, distribute, or sell: (b) Before putting a soft drink or bottled water in a container, a manufacturer shall clean the container in a manner approved by the Department or shall use clean containers.
