Section 21-310 - Issuance and scope of license(a) Within 30 days after the Department receives an application for a license, the Department shall issue a license to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle and all regulations adopted under this subtitle.(b) While it is effective, a license authorizes the licensee to operate the food establishment identified on the license.
