Section 21-1202 - Violation of 21-436 of this title(a) A person who violates any provision of § 21-436 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.(b) Half of any fine collected under this section shall be paid to the school board of the county where the violation occurred.
